St John's Sports and Social Club has facilities which are perfect for private functions like weddings, christenings, birthday parties, retirements and any other occasion you may be celebrating. 

Parties in Aylesbury / Stone

 The hall can accommodate up to 100 people and offers bar facilities, a seating area, dance floor and entertainment stage for music or live entertainment.  We welcome self-catered events.

All hire costs are inclusive of bar staff who will run the fully stocked bar throughout your event.  Our drinks prices are very reasonable, much lower than pub prices.

Please note there is no charge for setting up time 1 hour prior to your event starting.  If you require longer an extra charge may be made.

Hire Charges - Members ONLY

Day time hire up to 6pm - £20.00 per hour

Evening hire after 6pm - £150.00, deposit of £100.

Number of Guests - MAXIMUM 100 ~ MINIMUM 30

 (an extra charge may be made for parties of less than 30)

Deposit and payment

A refundable deposit of £100 is to be paid on booking the event and is 

refunded to the hirer at the end of their hire.  The deposit will not be refunded if the full hire cost is not paid by the specified date, or a breakages or damage is caused, or additional cleaning is necessary.

Private Function Conditions

St John's Sports & Social Club will provide the function room and bar facility.  Any persons entering the event who are known to the Committee to be barred from St John's Sports & Social club will be told to leave immediately.  

We accept no liability for loss or damage to property (including vehicles) bought on to the premises by the hirer or their guests.

Hirer & Guest Conditions

Any drinks found on the premises which has not been purchased from the bar, will be removed and discarded.

Non-members are not permitted to enter the member's only bar.

Any person found using or in possession of any illegal substance will be 

removed from the premises and barred from the club

The hirer is responsible for leaving the function room clean and tidy.
